The company shall not be responsible for any delay or inconvenience during journey due to breakdown of the vehicle or other reasons beyond the control of the company
The company shall not be responsible for any loss of goods or property of the passenger in the bus or in booking office
The amount will not be returned to those who have not travelled with the vehicle or not joined on time .
The company has all the rights to cancel any trip due to unforeseen reasons without intimating the passengers, the tickets charges will be refunded in such cases.
The management reserves the right of admission and the right to change the program without notice

Customers have all the time to clear any doubts with the travels before booking the trip, any query after that will be answered only if its important and based on the availability of the manager.

Refunds
